Sphere Audio Video supports electronic purchase order (PO) submission for ACCS-participating agencies.
Purchase orders are typically generated by the purchasing entity and submitted to the vendor for processing. To support this standard public-sector workflow, Sphere Audio Video provides a secure electronic submission process that allows agencies to upload and submit their purchase orders directly through our website.
Upon submission:
Purchase orders are received electronically
Orders are reviewed for accuracy and compliance
Confirmation and next steps are communicated directly with the submitting agency
This procurement workflow is currently in progress and will be fully activated upon JPA award.
