Sphere Audio Video accepts electronic purchase orders (POs) from eligible agencies participating in the ACCS Joint Purchasing Agreement (JPA).

Submitting a purchase order through this form allows Sphere Audio Video to receive and process your order electronically.

1. Uploading a completed purchase order generated by your organization

2. Providing basic contact and agency information

3. Electronic receipt and review by Sphere Audio Video’s procurement team

4. Confirmation and follow-up regarding order details, pricing verification, and next steps

Procurement Status

Sphere Audio Video’s electronic purchase order submission process is currently in progress and will be fully activated upon award of the ACCS Joint Purchasing Agreement.
